What You’ll Do

As a Fleet Management Employee – Evening Shift, you are responsible for delivering our boats clean, safe, and ready to sail. You make sure the fleet is prepared for a new day full of trips.

Your tasks include checking the boats, restocking supplies, performing light maintenance, and assisting skippers during arrivals and departures. Thanks to your efforts, our fleet stays in top condition, maintaining the quality and appearance that Flagship is known for.

• Location: Amsterdam (E-harbour Overamstel)

• Employment Type: On-call

• Working Hours: Evening shifts (17:30–01:30)

About Flagship Amsterdam

Flagship Amsterdam is a young, fast-growing canal cruise company in the heart of Amsterdam. We offer both public and private cruises with open boats and classic saloon boats. What started in 2017 with three boats has now grown into a fleet of over 60 vessels.

Every year, we welcome guests from more than 55 different countries and operate year-round with a team of over 800 (seasonal) employees. Requirements

You are a responsible, energetic, and motivated person who likes to take initiative.
In addition, you identify with the following:

• You speak Dutch and/or English;

• You are over 18 years old;

• You preferably have a valid driving licence (B);

• You are available at least 2 days per week;

• You are available on weekends;

• You are responsible and proactive;

• Experience in an operational/technical environment is a plus;

• You work accurately and have an eye for safety;

• You are motivated and hands-on;

• You have a flexible mindset;

• You are independent but also a strong team player.
