What You’ll Do

As a Logistics Harbour Employee in the day or evening shift, you play a key role in keeping our harbour running smoothly. While the last boats return from a beautiful day on the water, you ensure everything is prepared and ready for the next day. Thanks to your efforts, our fleet starts each morning fresh, safe, and fully ready to set sail.

You are responsible for delivering our boats neatly, safely, and in top condition. This includes performing checks, restocking supplies, carrying out light maintenance, and ensuring everything is in perfect order. You notice any issues and solve minor technical or practical matters on the spot.

In addition, you assist skippers during arrivals and departures and work together with your colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the harbour. You work actively outdoors, keep an overview, and are always ready to roll up your sleeves.

Thanks to your attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and team spirit, our fleet remains in top condition, maintaining the quality and appearance that Flagship is known for. You help ensure our guests can enjoy a perfect experience on the water every single day.

• Location: Amsterdam E-harbour & Staverno

• Employment Type: On-call

• Working Hours: Evening shifts (17:30–01:30) or Dayshifts (07:00-15:30)

Requirements

You are a responsible, energetic, and motivated person who likes to take initiative.
In addition, you identify with the following:

• You are at least 18 years old and speak Dutch and/or English;

• You are available in the evenings and on weekends;

• You are responsible, proactive, and enjoy taking initiative;

• You work accurately, safely, and can work both independently and as part of a team;

• A driving license (B) and experience in an operational environment are a plus.
