Check-in Employee - Flagship Tours

What will you do?

As a Check-in Employee in Amsterdam for Flagship Tours, you are the first point of contact for guests joining our daily Giethoorn Tour. You ensure that the check-in process runs smoothly, allowing every guest to start their day on a positive and calm note.

You will be responsible for welcoming visitors, checking reservations, up-selling and cross-selling, and assisting with the boarding process on-site. You will work in a short but dynamic morning shift, interacting with guests and collaborating with a small team. Thanks to your efforts, every departure runs seamlessly.

Practical Information

Location: Inside Market 27 – Termini 27, 1025 XM Amsterdam
Working Hours: 1.5 hours per day
Shift Time: 08:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Working Days: 3–7 days per week
Start Date: To be discussed

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests;

• Verify reservations and participant lists;

• Actively upsell and cross-sell additional products and services;

• Ensure a welcoming and well-organized start to each tour day.
