Job requirements

Functievereisten

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau;

  • In het bezit van Klein Vaarbewijs II, Marifoniecertificaat. Groot Vaarbewijs of SRBV Vrijstelling is een pre;

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de binnenvaart of een vergelijkbare sector;

  • Ervaring in opleidingsontwikkeling, inclusief ervaring met digitale leeromgevingen;

  • Kennis van administratieve systemen (zoals Excel) en inzicht in regelgeving van het CBR;

  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
