Job requirements

Functievereisten

  • HBO-werk- en denkniveau;

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende, operationele rol;

  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en procesmatig;

  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;

  • Je beschikt over voldoende zelfvertrouwen om knopen door te hakken en medewerkers aan te sturen;

  • Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en werkt data-gedreven;

  • Ervaring met planning, capaciteit en/of operationele processen is een grote pré;

  • Je kunt goed schakelen, houdt overzicht en bewaakt structuur;

  • Bereid om indien nodig in weekenden/avonden beschikbaar te zijn.
