Job requirements

Functievereisten

  • Minimaal hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur aangetoond met een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een relevant vakgebied;

  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, bij voorkeur in de maritieme, toerisme- of horecasector;

  • Ervaring met (operationele) data-analyse en sterke Excel-vaardigheden; je weet informatie snel te vertalen naar heldere inzichten en acties;

  • Kennis van operationele processen in de rondvaartindustrie is een pre;

  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden, waarbij je beslissingen altijd onderbouwt met data;

  • Resultaatgericht en proactief: je zit kort op de bal en stuurt tijdig bij;

  • Vermogen om weloverwogen keuzes te maken, ook in drukke situaties of bij onverwachte piekmomenten;

  • Beschikbaar in weekenden en avonden.
