About Flagship

Flagship Amsterdam is a young, fast-growing canal cruise company located in the heart of Amsterdam. We offer both public and private cruises on our beautiful open boats and classic saloon boats. What started in 2017 with just three boats has now grown to a fleet of over 60 boats, and we continue to expand! Every year, we welcome guests from more than 55 different countries, and we operate year-round. This is made possible by our young and ambitious team of over 400 (seasonal) employees.

Flagship Amsterdam consists of nine different entities, such as Voyage Amsterdam and Captain Jack. Each entity has unique products and caters to a specific target audience. We have a strong growth mindset and are constantly seeking new opportunities to further strengthen our position in the market.

What will you be doing?

You will be mainly concerned with answering questions via phone calls and e-mails from our customers. These will mainly consist of general questions, cancellations and rebooking’s. You are also the first face of Flagship Amsterdam; Trip advisor's Best Trip In The World! When customers come in, you receive them with big smile and guide them with their questions. You are also responsible for the smooth entry and issue of hardware products and corporate clothing, because of your central location in the office!

Requirements:

• Excellent command of the English language;

• Flexibility to work in various shifts, including evenings and weekends;

• Preferably available for a minimum of 2 days per week, including at least one weekend day;

• Empathetic and patient when dealing with complaints or challenging situations;
